She brings 25+ years of extensive experience in medical services and healthcare support, providing valuable insight into human-focused initiatives and organizational wellness. Dr. Mahua holds a B.H.M.S. degree from the University of Calcutta, graduating with distinction, and is a practicing Homeopathic physician. She is also certified in Yoga Therapy and Physiotherapy, and works as a Positive Psychological Counsellor, reinforcing her holistic approach to leadership.
