Born and raised in Kolkata, he holds an Engineering degree along with an MBA, combining strong technical foundations with strategic business acumen. With 22+ years of experience in IT and software development, Avik has built a distinguished career with leading global organizations including HCL Technologies, BMC Software, Ericsson Global Services, and Prudential Technology Services India. He has successfully held several critical leadership roles such as Senior Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Program Manager, Delivery Head, working across complex domains including Telecommunications, BFSI, and IT Service Management.
Avik holds multiple industry-recognized certifications, including:
  • TOGAF® 9 – Enterprise Architecture
  • ITIL®
  • PRINCE2® Practitioner, among others
His global exposure includes managing and delivering large-scale technical programs across the Middle East & Africa, the UK, the US, Latin America, Australia, and South-East Asia. Avik has successfully delivered numerous turnkey projects in the US, Canada, the UK, and Cambodia for major Telecom and BFSI organizations, covering cloud migrations, middleware implementations, insurance application development, and enterprise-scale rollouts.
