Partha Bhattacharyya

Partha Bhattacharyya is the Founder and Chief Executive of Silicon Systems, born and brought up in Kolkata. He holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from the University of Calcutta and is also a Honours Diploma holder from NIIT, combining strong academic grounding with technical expertise. With a professional career spanning 35+ years, Partha brings deep leadership experience across operations, sales, and business transformation. He began his corporate journey in 1990, serving MSME organizations in pivotal leadership roles including AVP, VP, and Director for over 20 years. In 2010, he founded Silicon Systems, which he has successfully led for 15+ years, driving sustained growth and scalability. He has spearheaded 450+ ERP and software development projects across diverse industry domains, serving clients in India, Africa, and South-East Asia. His career also includes successfully leading five business start-ups, transforming them into stable and profitable ventures. Partha holds a clear and focused vision to position Silicon Systems on the global map and establish it as a trusted and prominent player in the ERP consulting space.
